The standard delivery time is 3-5 working days, although this may vary depending on the item you purchase. Our team will contact you as soon as we have an estimated delivery date for your order.

On the day of delivery you will receive a phone call from our delivery team before 10.30am to confirm the time of delivery. We provide free delivery within city limits. The deliveries to Ras Al Khaimah are on Sunday and Wednesday. Also deliveries to Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain and Dibba regions may take extra days depending on the quantities of orders to the region.

We recommend rotating your mattress every two weeks for the first three months, then once a month thereafter.
